Direct-purchase terms for an async build process

Offer scope

Lead Control Center is a plumbing-only lead control service operated by Coffey Consulting Co. The scope of work is defined by the plan purchased, the onboarding information submitted, and any written follow-up agreed by email.

Purchase and onboarding

The public buying flow is direct-purchase. After checkout, the customer receives a verified onboarding link tied to the payment session. Setup work begins after the verified onboarding form is submitted with the required information.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate onboarding information, business context, and access details when requested.
  • Maintain the right to use any logos, brand assets, phone numbers, or customer data provided to us.
  • Review launch-related requests or clarification emails promptly so setup is not delayed.

Timeline expectations

Build timing depends on the purchased plan, onboarding completeness, and third-party platform access. For the standard Lead Control Center scope, Coffey Consulting Co. targets launch within 7 business days after receiving complete onboarding materials and required access. If Coffey Consulting Co. cannot launch the standard setup within that window for reasons under its control, Coffey Consulting Co. will refund the setup fee. Client delays, missing access, third-party account problems, custom scope requests, or delayed approvals pause or extend the launch window.

Billing and cancellation

Pricing and billing terms are controlled by the Stripe checkout linked to the selected plan. If recurring billing applies, cancellation terms and any active service period expectations are governed by the checkout terms and the written confirmation email.

No guarantee language
